Payment

We accept Cash, Check, and Credit/Debit Cards.

Gratuity

Gratuities are gratefully accepted. We have a system called TIPPY that allows our guest to use a Card to send tips through which is a separate transaction. There is a small convivence fee for using our TIPPY KIOSK. Other forms for gratuity include cash, check or Zelle.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change & can be unpredictable. Therefore, we respectfully request us with at least a 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling. A CC is required for all appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours clients that are a “No Show” Will incur a charge. A cancellation fee of 50% is charged within 24 hours of cancelling and a No-Show/No-Call fee is 95% of the services that were reserved. Prices vary based on stylists and services that are scheduled.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase and non-refundable. Available gift cards balances should not be applied as gratuity; balances are used for services and products. Some gift cards obtained by guests through promotion, giveaway, non-profit organizations or community outreach may be designed as redeemable only for a specific services and not retail products.

Independent Contractors

The Shop Salon & Style House has both stylists working under the salon as well as independent stylists renting a space within the salon. We offer the convivence of our independent Stylists are on our shared online booking to view all appointments. However Independent stylists book all of their own services through their own line or email, set their own pricing, collect their own payments etc. Any offers or gift cards purchased through the salon’s main desk are not redeemable with independent stylists. Independent Stylists do sell gift cards at their own discretion, NOT through the salons front desk. The Shop Salon & Style House plus independent contractors carry their own liability insurance.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds on retail products; if you are unhappy with a retail product, we will allow an exchange within 15 days.

Cards on File

Since the time is put aside for you specifically, we hold a card on file to enforce our cancellation policy. We ask you to use our online booking service to make it convenient for you to upload your own information.
